  • To act as a Unit TA SPOC for a region/city within a state located in the zone.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to proactively identify staffing needs with forecasting.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews as per the role requirements.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the organizational applicant Tracking system.
  • Design job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Facilitate employer branding initiatives from a Talent Acquisition perspective.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by Line of Business.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

  • Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual.
  • Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid

  • To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget.

Offer TAT (Hygiene)

  • To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.

HR Compliance (Process Adherence)

  1. Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all important personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.

  1. Adherence to TAT and FTR for all key recruitment processes
