LEAD - SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Key Deliverables:

1. Design and implement WhatsApp chatbot conversation flows and intents.
2. Set up the web backend for an admin panel to integrate with various subjects.
3. Deploy the chatbot to hosting services and manage its maintenance.
4. Troubleshoot application issues and raise them to L3 when necessary.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage application/production SRE with in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, and Rabbit MQ.
2. Write and maintain basic shell or Python scripts for deployment and troubleshooting.
3. Apply VAS domain knowledge, especially in WhatsApp or RCS flows.
4. Collaborate with teams and ensure the proper implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
