Introduction
Our client - a leading global consulting organization is seeking experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join its growing India technology practice. The role will be responsible for driving enterprise-grade Pega solution architecture, leading delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality implementation across large-scale transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture of enterprise Pega applications, including case design, data modeling, and system integrations.
- Oversee solution design to meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
- Guide development teams across full SDLC, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and lead developers, testers, and technical team members.
- Drive adoption of Pega Constellation and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
- Manage ruleset governance, branching strategy, and environment promotion processes.
- Coordinate with global and offshore teams as well as external technology partners.
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to client teams.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Pega systems
- Strong experience in enterprise-level Pega implementations and architecture design.
- Prior consulting or industry experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or financial services preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of BPM, integrations (REST/SOAP), security, and high-availability systems.
- Experience with Java/JEE, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, middleware/ESB is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Pega Lead System Architect certification is a MUST.
