A key priority of this role will be supporting the organization's journey toward becoming a GenAI-native enterprise, leveraging advanced technologies to drive efficiency, scale, and sustainable competitive advantage.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, think like entrepreneurs, and execute with exceptional rigor and speed.

Key Responsibilities1. Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Design and execute strategic growth programs aimed at improving Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), customer retention, and overall market leadership.
  • Identify key business levers to accelerate revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
  • Partner with leadership to define and implement the organization's strategic roadmap.
  • Lead GenAI & Digital Transformation Programs
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and CXOs to identify opportunities for GenAI-led innovation, automation, and intelligent process transformation.
  • Reimagine existing workflows, decision systems, and customer journeys using AI-first approaches.
  • Build scalable frameworks to improve productivity, speed, and business intelligence across functions.
  • Annual Operating Planning (AOP) & OKR Management
  • Drive the annual and quarterly planning cycles across business functions.
  • Ensure leadership alignment on strategic priorities, business KPIs, and the organization's North Star goals.
  • Support OKR design, governance, and performance review mechanisms to maintain execution discipline.
  • CXO Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Act as the central coordination point between leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate decision-making, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution across departments.
  • Build strong operating rhythms to track progress and maintain accountability.
  • Incubate New Business Lines / Future P&Ls
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, business models, and adjacent revenue streams.
  • Conduct concept validation, business case development, and GTM planning for new initiatives.
  • Drive select projects as an internal entrepreneur with end-to-end ownership.
  • Program Management, Governance & Execution
  • Build structured execution plans with clear milestones, timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish governance mechanisms, review cadences, and progress dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered with speed, rigor, and tangible business impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, CEO's Office, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Program Management, or High-Growth Start-up environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert complex business challenges into structured execution plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes.
  • Exposure to GenAI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or AI-led business process innovation will be highly preferred.
  • High intellectual curiosity with exceptional structured thinking.
  • Strong bias for action, speed, and impact.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making mindset and executive communication skills.
