The Chairman Office of the Adani Group supports the Promotors on key aspects related to strategy and new business identification/build, governance, risk management and capital allocation, strategic partner relationship management & special initiatives across group companies.
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:
- Help set & refine strategic agenda for the BU
- Translate Chairman's Vision and strategic agenda into an aligned action plan by working with senior BU stakeholders
- Ensure rigorous governance regular review cadence, detailed insights
- Identify and implement transformative initiatives in the BU
- Help control capital allocations: Review proposed spend elements and ensure adequate evaluation and rigor
- Team building activities within Chairman's office and strengthening systems, processes & collaboration

Educational Qualification: Engineering degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) & MBA from a Tier 1 institution
Experience: 7+ years,
Background of Corporate Strategy/Planning (Incl. Financial Planning)/Exposure to Executive office setup/Strategic Consulting
