Hiring: Lead Stage Designer | Bengaluru

We're looking for a hands-on Lead Stage Designer to own end-to-end integration of a launch vehicle stage, ensuring seamless fitment and integration of structural, mechanical, and propulsion systems.

Location: Dabaspeth, Bangalore | WFO (5 Days)

Exp: 5–10 Years

What you'll do:

• Lead stage-level integration of rocket/launch vehicle hardware
• Ensure interface alignment across structures, propulsion & mechanical systems
• Drive CAD-based integration (CATIA/NX/Teamcenter) and assembly feasibility
• Support real shop-floor assembly, integration & testing activities

What we need:

• Experience in launch vehicle / missile / aerospace integration
• Strong exposure to propulsion & structural integration
• Hands-on assembly + CAD + system integration background
• End-to-end hardware execution experience
