As a Lead Specialist ATR, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for designated legal entities. In this position, you will lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, oversee ledger accuracy, and collaborate closely with Financial Controllers, subledger teams, and intercompany stakeholders. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate closure of books as per Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC) timelines.
- Perform ledger and sub-ledger operations including opening/closing, reconciliations, and clearing of outofbalance intercompany accounts.
- Process manual journal entries and rectification entries while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and periodend schedules.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and conduct General Ledger research to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support management reporting, including collation, validation, proofreading, and assembly of standard and adhoc reports.
- Monitor and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with DSM-Firmenich requirements and supporting external audit processes.

You bring
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in shared services or operations.
- Strong experience in RecordtoReport (R2R/ATR) processes, especially month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
- Solid knowledge of ledger/subledger accounting, reconciliations, and intercompany processes.
- Handson experience with SAP for tasks such as ledger operations, journal entry processing, and budget/forecast data entry.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and experience ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with Financial Controllers, subledger teams, and intercompany stakeholders.
