About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes, on-premises infrastructure, and cloud-native computing, with a proven background in professional services and consulting. This role emphasizes delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex solutions across Kubernetes and on-prem infrastructure.
• Lead design, implementation, and configuration projects within professional services engagements.
• Focus on delivery outcomes rather than presales activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide consulting expertise to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for scalable and automated deployments.
• Drive innovation in AI infrastructure and private cloud solutions.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.

Expertise and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mandatory); Master's degree preferred.
• 1218 years of experience in solution architecture and delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructure.
• Proven background in professional services (design, implementation, configuration).
• Consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to cloud-native computing and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Experience with AI infrastructure and private cloud environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
