Role
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who can lead architecture discussions, design scalable cloud-based systems, and represent BraneMind as the primary technical interface with enterprise clients.
This role is highly consultative and client-facing, especially during early engagement phases such as discovery, architecture workshops, and gap analysis.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud platforms, data & AI solutions, and has exposure to agent-based or AI-assisted systems.
Key Responsibility
Architecture & technical leadership
- Lead solution architecture workshops with client stakeholders
- Assess existing enterprise systems, data platforms, and cloud environments
- Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures covering data ingestion, processing, AI/ML, and integrations
- Define target-state architecture, non-functional requirements, and scalability considerations
AI & Agentic systems
- Design and evaluate AI/ML-based solutions, including predictive systems and intelligent automation
- Contribute to architectures involving AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systems
- Guide feasibility and design decisions for agentic AI use cases (decision agents, workflow agents, monitoring agents, etc.)
Client Engagement
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during discovery and early delivery phases
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and roadmaps
- Present architectural decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Delivery Enablement
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure architectures are implementable and production-ready
- Support implementation teams during initial phases and technical escalations
- Contribute to solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals
Core Experience
- 8-12+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience designing data platforms (data lakes, streaming, analytics, batch & real-time pipelines)
AI & Data
- Solid understanding of machine learning systems, model lifecycle, and production deployment
- Experience designing systems involving AI-driven decisioning, automation, or analytics
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent workflows (practical exposure preferred)
Technical Skills
- Cloud-native architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems)
- Data processing frameworks (Spark, Databricks, cloud-native equivalents)
- Security, scalability, monitoring, and enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to create clear architecture diagrams and design documents
Consulting & Communication
- Strong client-facing experience
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to senior business stakeholders
- Comfortable leading workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and architecture reviews
Good to have
- Experience working with enterprise project management systems (Primavera, ERP, or similar large-scale platforms)
- Prior consulting or system integration background
- Experience with multi-agent systems or AI-assisted orchestration frameworks
- Exposure to regulated or large-enterprise environments
