Designation: Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years in GEN AI

Budget: 35 LPA

1. Lead and manage the AI development team to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions. Python, Pinecone, Chroma DB, Fast API, RAG, Gen AI, Lang chain, Lang graph, MY SQL, hugging face, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

2. Conduct research to determine the best AI models and solutions for integration into the company ecosystem and existing AI products.

3. Develop and oversee proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate AI-driven capabilities and business value.

4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members across AI and software development functions.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with overall product vision and business strategy.

6. Drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of AI and engineering talent to build a high-performance team aligned with organizational goals.

7. Define the AI architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into cloud-based platforms and existing systems.

8. Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI feature developmentfrom ideation, design, and prototyping to deployment and performance tuning.

9. Establish MLOps practices for continuous training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.

10. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and internal security standards.
