Lead Software Engr

Key Deliverables:

1. Develop and implement DevSecOps strategy, technology roadmap, and tools for Aerospace Software Development.
2. Lead and manage continuous software builds, static analysis/security scans, continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
3. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in all software development activities.
4. Mentor and coach the team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Establish tools, processes, infrastructure, and technology roadmap for AeroSPS and drive execution actions.
2. Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, IT, and internal counterparts, through regular reporting.
3. Lead risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
4. Ensure integration and deployment of solutions across various Avionics programs while maintaining customer engagement.
