Engineering Team Leadership
- Lead frontend and backend engineering teams with tactical and operational oversight.
- Provide mentorship, direction, and technical guidance to engineering staff.
- Evaluate team performance and establish clear accountability.
SDLC Governance & Delivery Management
- Ensure consistent, timely, and quality-driven product delivery through robust SDLC processes.
- Define and enforce software development standards, documentation practices, sprint planning, and release cycles.
- Review daily engineering activities and initiate corrective action plans where required.
Technical Strategy & Implementation
- Participate in strategic product planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Architect and review software solutions in line with modern technology trends and best practices.
- Validate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and design patterns to enhance the development process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and design teams to align on roadmap execution and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering and product development roles.
- Prior experience in architecting solutions and establishing software development practices.
- Strong command of JavaScript-based frameworks and libraries.
- Exposure to open-source technologies and on-premise deployment environments.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product environment.
- Educational background: B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Computer Science or related field.
