Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust UI automation Framework using Playwright.
Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
Identify, analyze, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Perform cross-browser testing using Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit
Debug test failures and improve test stability and execution time.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
Participate in code reviews and follow automation coding standards.
Maintain test data and test environments required for automation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategy.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
Good programming experience in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Strong understanding of UI, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Experience in building or maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.
Good knowledge of Page Object Model and automation design patterns.
Experience with API testing and tools such as REST APIs/Postman.
Good understanding of Git and version-control practices.
Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
Good knowledge of SQL/database testing.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
