Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional with strong hands-on

expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, solution management, and

platform security. The candidate should have experience designing, developing, and supporting

enterprise-grade business applications and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft

Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, relationships, business rules, and
  
  

integrations.

• Develop reusable and scalable Power Platform solutions following best practices.
• Configure and manage Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployments.
• Implement role-based security, business units, teams, and security roles in Dataverse.
• Use AI Builder capabilities such as form processing, prediction models, and document
  
  

automation.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SQL Server,
  
  

and external APIs.

• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams for requirement
  
  

gathering and solution delivery.

• Follow governance, ALM, and solution lifecycle management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Copilot Studio is an added advantage.
• Exposure to CI/CD and Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-500 are
