Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain IQVIA OCE-Personal components including UI, workflows, business rules, roles, and visibility rules.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OCE-Personal functionalities, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Translate business and market requirements into effective configuration solutions.
- Ensure configurations comply with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Support incidents, enhancements, and change requests related to OCE-Personal.
- Perform root-cause analysis for configuration and functional issues.
- Support UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
- Coordinate configuration changes across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Support multi-market and global deployments along with ongoing enhancements.
- Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, and rollout activities.
Experience Required:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in CRM systems and software engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with IQVIA OCE-Personal configuration and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience in CRM platforms and configuration-driven development.
- Exposure to Salesforce and Identity Access Management is a plus.
- Experience working in multi-environment setups (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
- Familiarity with UAT, testing cycles, and release management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Education:Any Graduation / Any Post-Graduation
