Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE4) Backend & Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE4) to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance, cloud-native backend services. This role requires deep expertise in Python or C++, strong command of AWS cloud services, and the ability to drive technical decision-making within development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python OR C++ (either is acceptable; both are a plus).
• Deep experience with AWS cloud services:
• Lambda, ECS, EKS, Docker containers, CloudWatch dashboards/metrics/logs, API Gateway.
• Strong foundation in OOPS, system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful service development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git-based development workflows, and cloud deployments.
• Experience setting up monitoring dashboards, tracing, alarms, and production observability.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases is preferred.
