Lead Software Engineer- GNAF

About the Role

• We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedLead Engineer Full Stackto drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation inC#, VB.Net, .NET Core, React, Angular 12, SQL, and front-end technologies likeJavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
• This role requires not only strong technical expertise but also proven leadership insoftware architecture, design, and people management. Experience withDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Jira, and problem-solvingis essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-enddesign, development, and deliveryof scalable full-stack applications.
• Architect and design robust solutions ensuringhigh performance, security, and maintainability.
• Drivefrontend developmentusingReact and Angular 12, along withJavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
• Buildbackend servicesusingC#, VB.Net, and .NET Corewith strong database management usingSQL.
• Implement and manageCI/CD pipelinesand adoptDevOps practiceswith tools like Jenkins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, learning, and accountability.
• Conductcode reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Utilize tools likeJirafor project tracking and reporting.
• Solve complex technical challenges and provideguidance on problem-solving strategies.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency inC#, VB.Net, .NET Core.
• Frontend development expertise inReact and Angular 12.
• Strong knowledge ofJavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
• Hands-on experience withSQL databases(SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Strong background inarchitecture & design patterns.
• Experience inCI/CD pipelinesandDevOps tools(Jenkins, Git, etc.).
• Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologieswith Jira.

Leadership & Management:

• 8+ years of experience insoftware development.
• 5+ years of experience inarchitecture and system design.
• 3+ years of experience inleading teams and people management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience incloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge ofcontainerization and orchestration(Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure tomicroservices architecture.
• Certifications inarchitecture, leadership, or cloud technologiesare a plus.
