Responsibilities
- Design and develop Amazon Connect IVR flows, routing profiles, and queues
- Build complex omnichannel contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce SCV
- Implement Amazon Connect Contact Lens for real-time transcription and sentiment analysis
- Develop API-based integrations with Salesforce to support seamless data exchange
- Create and implement AWS Lambda functions for data processing and transformation
- Write and maintain Lambda functions and develop Lex bots
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions
- Adhere to best practices in development, integration, and deployment processes
- Configure and customize Amazon Connect setups and related AWS services
- Integrate outbound campaigns with Amazon Pinpoint
- Utilize CloudFormation, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis Streams, and CloudWatch for solution deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in contact center deployments
- Continuously improve system scalability and reliability
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7 to 15 years) in cloud native development and AWS services
- Strong expertise in Amazon Connect setup, configuration, and customization
- Proficient in building complex omnichannel contact center solutions with Salesforce integration
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda function development and API-based integrations
- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens and speech analytics tools
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Familiarity with AWS services including DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis Streams, and CloudWatch
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven leadership experience in software engineering projects
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Nice to have
- Experience with Lex bot development
- Knowledge of outbound campaign integration with Amazon Pinpoint
- Familiarity with CRM systems beyond Salesforce
- Certifications in AWS cloud services
