Lead Software Engineer with React & RxJS:
Work Location: Hyderabad
Mode of work: From office 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

Technical Skills::
- Proven experience in building user interfaces using React.
- In-depth knowledge of RxJS for reactive programming.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing HTML5 video players.
- Strong understanding of video streaming protocols and DRM technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve playback issues on various devices.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and video developers to create seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Over all 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on video player development or streaming media technologies.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in video streaming protocols (e.g., HLS, MPEG-DASH) and technologies like WebRTC, DRM (Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady), and CDNs.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and modern web development frameworks for web-based players.
- Soft Skills:
