Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the Generative AI Development Team
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Generative AI applications
• Drive adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into solutions
• Oversee collection, preprocessing, and curation of large datasets for AI model training
