ABSLI has embarked on Digital transition across multiple channels and with multiple projects. HDFC being our biggest Bancassurance partner, we need to have focussed approach for this partner. Need to have a dedicated resource from the Digital team leading the execution of digital roadmap along with associated Bancassurance sales hierarchy at ABSLI and HDFC
Job Context / Job Challenges:
. Understanding intricacies of the HDFC channel and managing stakeholders across both organizations
. Identify opportunities for quick-wins as well as long-term digital transition for ABSLI relationship at HDFC
. Drive change management across stakeholders via data-driven analysis
. Ability to merge business requirements with technology delivery to ensure swift GTM for digital platforms
