Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced
Lead/ Senior Lead Adobe Commerce Developer to drive the development and technical direction of large-scale eCommerce solutions at Atyantik Technologies.
With
13–18 years of experience (including 8+ years in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce), you will play a key role in
building scalable B2B and marketplace platforms, while also contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring teams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines
strong hands-on expertise with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end development of Adobe Commerce-based solutions
- Ensure best coding practices, standards, and maintainable architecture
- Guide teams in building scalable and secure applications
- Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions including microservices & headless commerce
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and integrations
- Integration & System Development
- Implement integrations with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, and payment gateways
- Develop and optimize APIs for scalability
- Performance & Optimization
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work on caching, database optimization, and performance tuning
- Team Collaboration
- Mentor developers and review code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth delivery across projects
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with Adobe Commerce trends
- Contribute to improvements in development practices and processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
- 13–18 years in software development
- 8+ years in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with B2B & marketplace solutions
- Hands-on with API integrations, microservices, headless concepts
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Agile methodologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Adobe Commerce certification is a plus
