Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Lead Senior Associate/Senior Associate/Lead Associate in Finance Transformation, you will play a crucial role in driving financial process improvements, system implementations, and strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance functions for our clients.
1. Finance Transformation Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and design finance transformation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation, technology, and process re-engineering.
- Support the development of finance transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
2. Financial Process Optimization:
- Analyze current financial processes (e.g., Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financial Planning & Analysis) and recommend improvements.
- Streamline finance operations to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Implement best practices in finance processes and systems.
3. Technology & Systems Implementation:
- Support the deployment of finance technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financials, Workday Finance, or other ERP systems.
- Manage system integrations, data migration, and testing activities.
- Leverage automation tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for process efficiency.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Design and implement robust financial reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
- Enhance financial forecasting models and performance dashboards.
5. Project Management & Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams in finance transformation projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior associates and provide technical guidance.
6. Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure finance processes comply with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
- Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA are preferred.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance consulting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong background in finance operations, data analysis, and financial reporting.
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or other finance tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management capabilities with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
