Lead/Senior Analyst – Business Assurance

Role Summary

This is an Individual Contributor role responsible for end-to-end Business Assurance across client engagements. The role covers contract audits, SOP and process audits, operational and project-level audits, ethical payout validation, risk identification, reporting, and closure tracking.

Job Responsibilities :

- Contract and SOW audit to ensure operational alignment with signed clauses

- End-to-end project audits across Lead Generation, Contact Centre, Data Services, MSG / Managed Services

- SOP and process audits against contract and actual execution

- Validation of ethical payouts, billing logic, partner and vendor payments

- Identify risks, gaps, deviations, and track issues to closure

- Prepare crisp, management-ready audit reports

- Use advanced Excel and AI tools for faster analysis and reporting

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Assurance / Operations Audit /

Internal Audit / Risk

- Strong understanding of contracts, SOWs, and commercial models

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced Excel skills, hands-on use of AI tools preferred

- Experience in BPO, KPO, Contact Centre, Lead Generation or Data Services is a strong plus
