Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer service contract orders in compliance with established SOPs and organizational guidelines.
  • Support global teams in contract administration activities across multiple regions.
  • Work closely with proposal administrators, delivery teams, billing teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Ensure compliance with service contract policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Handle routine operational tasks independently while following defined processes and seeking guidance for new assignments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive commercial, financial, and technical data.
  • Support order-to-cash cycle activities including order entry, validation, tracking, and closure.
  • Extract operational data and prepare regular reports for regional and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis for deviations, process gaps, and operational issues.
  • Document deviations, support corrective actions, and respond to internal/external audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams using MS Teams, Outlook, and other communication tools for process updates and issue resolution.
  • Engage with regional stakeholders to ensure contract progress aligns with customer expectations.
  • Assist in monitoring contract performance and supporting process improvements.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and workflow guidelines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
