Job Description
As the Lead for SAP-SAP S4HANA EWM, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the selection, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting, designing, and implementing SAP EWM modules, ensuring efficient warehouse management processes. Additionally, you will lead projects, enhance existing functionalities, and provide mentorship to project team members, contributing to the overall success of client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM or S4 HANA EWM solutions.
- Architect, design, and implement SAP EWM modules for clients, ensuring efficient warehouse management.
- Lead projects, introduce new functionalities, and propose improvements to existing client systems.
- Analyze client systems, propose enhancements, and translate them into practical, efficient solutions.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support for successful project delivery.
- Possess functional proficiency in greenfield implementations, rollouts, and upgradations specific to SAP EWM.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of SAP ECC modules such as SAP SD, MM, WM, and MMWM, and their integration with SAP EWM.
- Have a good understanding of EWM processes, including Inbound, Outbound, Internal warehouse movements, and more.
- Hands-on experience in setting up warehouses with various functionalities is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP EWM or S4 HANA EWM implementation and support.
- Functional proficiency in greenfield implementations, rollouts, or upgradations in SAP EWM is mandatory.
- Experience in support and CR development is an added advantage.
- SAP EWM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and their integration with SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of EWM processes and the ability to translate them into practical solutions.
- Experience in setting up warehouses with POSC, LOSC, WOCR, Wave picking, VAS, cross-docking, and PPF.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and client engagement management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective client interactions and team management.
