As a Lead in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge SAP ABAP solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and configure SAP ABAP modules, customizing them to align with client-specific processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP ABAP issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive the adoption of new features and functionalities.
- Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SAP ABAP solutions.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP ABAP projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming and ABAP Workbench.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core modules is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP ABAP issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in database design and optimization, with knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking to improve and enhance SAP ABAP solutions.
