By collaborating with local and global leadership, you will play a critical role in aligning recruiting processes, promoting scalability, and building a foundation for sustainable organizational success. Additionally, coach and mentor team members, set clear goals and KPIs, ensure accountability, monitor progress, and drive a high-performance culture.

  • Interface with US recruiting leadership to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution across geographies.
  • Build strong relationships with both potential and existing SAP consultants, fostering a thriving talent community that fuels Mindset's success.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to gain a deep understanding of client needs and match the right talent to the right project.
  • Design and manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing and prescreening to resume preparation, reference checks, and candidate interview coaching.
  • Contribute to refining and streamlining our internal recruiting processes, including exploring innovative ways to leverage our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Identify business development opportunities by cultivating relationships within your talent community.
