Lead SAP PP/QM Consultant - Immediate joiner, Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP PP/QM modules with a proven track record in leading successful implementations and providing excellent support. This is an immediate joiner role, requiring a candidate who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP PP/QM modules for various clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP PP/QM issues post-implementation.
• Train and mentor junior consultants and team members on best practices in SAP PP/QM.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP processes and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 9-18 years of experience in SAP PP/QM module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and QM functionalities and configurations.
• Proficient in integration of PP/QM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PM.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant SAP certifications in PP/QM will be an added advantage.

Experience including Domain Experience in Production Planning, Implementation, Support and Rollout Projects as a PP/QM Consultant, Implementation,

Support and Rollout Projects as a PM & PS Consultant, Production/Manufacturing dept. Project Execution, Process Enhancement with proven record of

spearheading technical excellence & system approach, various Z-Reports along with Technical Team as per the client requirement

Possess skills in the field of planning, controlling and supervising the activities in a production unit, safety, performance and optimization of process by using

and learning various advanced tools.

Configuration for SAP controlling business processes using SAP S/4 Hana, implemented Make to Order (Sales Order) Costing functionality, Provided S/4

Hana Controlling in depth training on processes & Period End closing.

Baseline and Integration Testing, preparation of FS for reports and Documents printout.

Preparation of Functional Specification for Z-Report, new requirements to be full fill through exists

Creation of Master data Material Master, Bill of Material, Work Centres & Routing. Materials management personnel's create Material.

Preparing User Manuals and Test documentation.
