Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our dynamic team as a Lead in the SAP Planning - Delivery department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementations, ensuring our clients achieve their planning and supply chain goals. Your expertise will enable our clients to enhance their planning processes, improve demand visibility, and optimize their supply chain strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP IBP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Configure and customize SAP IBP solutions to meet client-specific planning requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for SAP IBP implementations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with other enterprise systems.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth operations of SAP IBP solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and industry trends, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Document and maintain project plans, ensuring accurate record-keeping and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementations, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP functionalities and best practices for supply chain planning.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis and providing process improvement recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization techniques.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
