Job Description
Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series team. This role is integral to our SAP Planning - Delivery department, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting supply planning and response planning solutions using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Your expertise will be instrumental in translating complex supply chain requirements into efficient, scalable IBP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SAP IBP consultants, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their supply chain needs and translate them into IBP solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement SAP IBP models and processes to optimize supply planning and response planning.
- Ensure the effective utilization of SAP IBP features and functionalities to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, and incorporate best practices.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of IBP implementations and configurations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to other teams and departments as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support, with a focus on supply planning and response planning.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring SAP IBP teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and its application in supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, efficient supply chain processes using SAP IBP.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, including advanced features.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
