About The Role

We're seeking a strategic and highly experienced LeadSalesforce Development and Architecture to drive platform excellence across our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and extended Salesforce ecosystem. This role will serve as a technical leader and mentor, managing a team of developers and administrators while architecting scalable solutions that align with cross-functional business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging LWC, APEX, CPQ, Flow, and custom integrations
  • Design scalable systems across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other cloud products including Experience, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud
  • Lead and mentor developers and administrators, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, release management practices, and governance protocols
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Support, Orders, Billing and Marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs
  • Own documentation standards for architecture, data models, and system integrations
  • Oversee DevOps processes for deployment automation, sandbox management, and version control
  • Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and process automation across key workflows
  • Manage third-party integrations with tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Zuora, and Zapier

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
  • Expertise in:
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Apex Classes & Triggers
  • CPQ (Configuration, Pricing, and Quoting)
  • Flow Builder & Process Automation
  • Data modeling, role hierarchies, and permission sets
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce technical teams and mentoring junior developers/admins
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, limits, and optimization techniques
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect)
  • Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist or equivalent
  • Experience implementing Salesforce DevOps Center, Git, CI/CD pipelines
  • Strategic exposure to revenue operations, marketing automation, and compliance dashboards
