Lead Sales Representative

Silchuk Transport & Logistics is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to be the face of our company, connect with clients, owner-operators and fleets, and close deals. If you're a natural communicator with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and you thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Position: Sales Representative (English + Hindi/Punjabi preferred)

Work Type:

• Remote (Work from Home)
• U.S. Shift (9:30 pm - 5:30 am Night Shift- IST/ 9 am - 5 pm PST)
• Monday to Friday (Saturdays Offs)

Salary & Incentives:

Rs.40,000-50,000/month (This will increment after 2-3 months probation period based on the performance) + Lucrative commission structure (high earning potential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to trucking companies and fleet owners (inbound & outbound leads)
• Present and promote Silchuk's Fuel Card & Factoring Solutions
• Guide clients through application and onboarding
• Maintain follow-ups using CRM (Salesforce / Brevo)
• Build long-term relationships with clients and carriers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English as well as Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
• International calling or sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Fresh graduates can apply if they demonstrate strong communication and drive
