Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Manager - Business Operations to support and optimize key aspects of our supply chain, customer success, and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain & Logistics Management

- Ensure timely availability of inventory across all markets.

- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery and stock movement.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Success

- Liaise with technical and operations teams to promptly resolve customer issues.

- Coordinate with product promoters to boost on-ground sales performance.

3. Sales & Profitability Management

- Track and maintain positive EBITDA for each sales channel.

- Recommend strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization.

4. Marketing & Brand Building

- Contribute to the development of branding and promotional strategies.

- Manage digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement.

5. Pricing Strategy & Competitive Analysis

- Benchmark product pricing against competitors.

- Recommend data-driven pricing models to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and business acumen

- Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams

- Knowledge of supply chain processes and digital marketing tools

Qualification: Agriculture Grad/ Post Grad

Travel: Must be willing to travel Pan India as per business requirements

- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and problem-solving ability

- Willingness to travel across India as needed
