We are looking for a Lead Requirements Engineer
You'll Make a Difference By
- Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering methodologies
- 8–10 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with DOORS and Polarion (requirements & change management)
- Understanding of tooling strategy and RM tool lifecycle
- Experience with Document Management Systems (versioning, storage, control)
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Desired Skills
- Experience in multi-project coordination without direct authority
- Strong ownership mindset for end-to-end RM responsibilities
- Ability to drive alignment across engineers, architects, and management
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good to Have
- Knowledge of Railway domain / Interlocking systems
- Familiarity with SAP integration for process/document management
- Understanding of V&V, RAMS, and system engineering interfaces
- Experience working in Agile / complex project environments
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain Requirements Management (RM) processes and plans
- Capture, structure, and ensure traceability of all project requirements
- Maintain and manage requirements in RM tools (DOORS/Polarion)
- Ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance of requirements throughout lifecycle
- Coordinate with system engineering, RAMS, and V&V teams for requirement alignment
- Prepare reports, baselines, and compliance documentation for audits and milestones
- Support teams in tool usage, methodology, and requirements tracking
- Act as single point of contact for RM across the IXL scope
- Drive process adherence and continuous review of RM activities
