Lead Recruiter

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all open roles in the assigned region (APAC/EMEA)
• Partner with Tower Practice Heads and Workforce Heads to understand demand and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, agencies, and direct headhunting
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical and leadership roles
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS data accuracy
• Conduct salary benchmarking for the region and advise on offer strategy
• Manage agency relationships and preferred supplier list for the region
• Produce weekly hiring dashboards: open roles, pipeline, offers, joiners, time-to-hire
• Ensure all hires meet BGV and compliance requirements before start date
• Coach and support Recruiter Interns in the Jaffna team

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT services, managed services, or technology staffing
• Proven track record of high-volume recruitment across the assigned region (APAC/EMEA)
• Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn Recruiter power user, Boolean search proficiency
• Experience recruiting technical IT roles (engineers, SDMs, architects, security professionals)
• Salary benchmarking and offer negotiation experience
• Experience managing staffing agencies and preferred supplier lists
• Excellent stakeholder management — ability to challenge and manage hiring managers
• Strong data management — ATS proficiency, reporting, dashboard production

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience recruiting for global IT services brands or large MSPs
• CIPD Level 3+ or equivalent HR/recruitment qualification
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries simultaneously
