*Role Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client handling, team management, and driving recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

2. Handle client interactions, understand requirements, and deliver recruitment solutions.

3. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for IT and Non-IT roles.

4. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client needs.

5. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high-quality standards.

6. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the recruitment team.

7. Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

8. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

*Mandatory Requirements*

1. Client Handling Experience: Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions.

2. Team Management Experience: Prior experience in leading and mentoring a recruitment team.

3. Work Mode: This is a Work from Office role only.
