Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs. Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage qualified candidates. Proactively build talent pipelines for critical roles.
  3. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles. Utilize behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to assess candidates skills and potential.
  4. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their staffing needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  6. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare industry standards. Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to junior recruiters and support staff. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment focused on achieving recruitment goals and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10 plus years of experience and minimum 3 years in healthcare recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
