Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure performance and delivery targets
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
- Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.) and improve efficiency
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives
- Maintain compliance with hiring policies and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 610 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- 58 years of experience in contract staffing
- Should have handled GCC/GIC
- Must have hands on experience in recruitment
- Should have the ability to close positions on his own
- Proven experience in handling team and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and analytics
