Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure performance and delivery targets
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
  • Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.) and improve efficiency
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 610 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • 58 years of experience in contract staffing
  • Should have handled GCC/GIC
  • Must have hands on experience in recruitment
  • Should have the ability to close positions on his own
  • Proven experience in handling team and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and analytics
