Coordinate the implementation of the Quality Management System in the factory according to the standards defined by Sector and Global Team. Ensure alignment of the processes with the other management systems in place (ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, ISO 19443 or other certifications).In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Your Role
- Plan and coordinate implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the factory with process sponsors, teams, manufacturing groups in order to achieve recertification and minimum maturity targets
- Tracking of the action plans completion for the deployment of Quality initiatives across the factory
- Report on progress of deployment of QMS to monthly Operations Steeco
- Monitor QMS related Quality KPIs in the factory
- Act as interface to Global QMS Leader and factory management for the progressive development and implementation of standard processes
- Facilitate the management review cycle
- Knowledge about Usage on Software (QMS documentation) & documentation approval cycle
- Facilitate the creation, planning, implementation and reporting of factory Quality audits (system, product/process, layered, QMS assessment)
- Coordinates execution of corrective actions in case of deviations and non-compliance identified in external and internal audits, monitors and reports on progress
- Support Factory Quality Head and Quality function in the implementation of processes related to Quality in the factory and support development and improvement of business processes within the factory and all network
- Prepare Management review presentation and plan meetings at regular intervals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives/nuclear safety maturity model deployment across factory
- Able to conduct training to factory team(Staff + Technician) on various topics related to QMS/Nuclear Safety/Root Cause Analysis topics
Basic Qualifications(requirements)
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production
- 8-12 Years of experience in Quality Management System
- ISO 9001 - Lead Auditor
- Knowledge in quality systems, ability to map processes and write procedures.
- Knowledge in Measuring Instrument Calibration Management System(ISO 17025 principles)
- Strong communication
Desired Qualifications
- General and additional experience/education in quality or manufacturing
- ISO 19443 - Internal Auditor
- Strong intercultural experience
- Knowledge of quality tools, such as 8D Methodology, FMEA, SPC, MSA
