Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Lead for Quality Assurance vertical. As part of Quality Assurance vertical, you will be responsible for promoting quality mindset and driving process improvement. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a culture of collaboration with all stakeholders, continuous quality improvement and customer focus. You will also interact with team members located in all GCoE locations globally. Exposure and experience in Insurance Domain and Lean Six Sigma, quality controls and tools is highly preferred.

How You'll Make An Impact

Resposibilities:

  • Sampling Methodology: As a custodian you need to drive and maintain sampling methodology standards cutting across divisions, functions and processes as per Quality Assurance framework work.
  • Metrics: Identify key risk areas to assess and determine performance issues like efficiency rates, error rates, customer satisfaction scores using tools and trends.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytical tools and techniques to process and summarize the data. This might involve statistical analysis, trend analysis or predictive modeling to identify patterns and insights.
  • Reports: Focus on immediate operational metrics and any anomalies that need quick attention and provide a summary of daily trends, highlight any significant changes and offer insights into short-term and long-term progress.x`Offer a comprehensive overview of the trends, compare them against goals and provide a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the initiatives.
  • Training: Design and promote internal training modules for processes to ensure proficiency in operations and processes as part of continuous improvement. Coach line-managers and team members on tools and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and assist in implementing future state processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure that reports are distributed to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Consider setting up automated email reports or a shared dashboard for easy access.
  • Dashboards: Knowledge of creating charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data easily understandable for stakeholders. Tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Projects: Analyze existing data to identify trends, bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes to use these data points to prioritize projects to reduce potential risk or impact.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Required Degree: Graduate (Any stream).
  • Preferred Degree: Post Graduate.
  • Overall industry experience of over 6 to 8 years in Quality Assurance/Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare, Insurance Domain/ F&A / Causality & Lability as a Lead.
  • Experience of managing of 10 to 15 team members as Quality Assurance Lead.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Responsible in helping QA team to plan sampling based on forecast for an effective deployment and optimum utilization of resource.
  • Process Focus & Improvement:Need to utilize quality controls and tools to analyze data, identify sources of variation, determine root causes and prepare CAPA.
  • Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular workshops calibration sessions and Business Quality Councils with stakeholders to identify opportunities and generate ideation to improve process Quality.
  • Collaboration Working: Coordinate and prioritize activities across all functions. Collaborate within team and cross functions and departments will benefits increased innovation, problem-solving capabilities and efficiency.
  • Continual Learning: Develop a team member's competency roadmap to cultivate a growth in tandem the organization and industry.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Completed Training in 5S, Lean, & Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt (Preferred)
  • Good expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Visio and Power Point.
  • Data analysis using advance excel, power BI etc.
  • Strong ability to learn and apply new concepts
  • Experience on GHRSS will be added advantage. GHRSS acts as an internal service provider, offering HR services to various departments and employees within Arthur J Gallagher Entities. The service includes employee life cycle, payroll support, Learning and development support, talent acquisition support and MIS support
