We're Hiring | QA Lead AI Product Testing
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (No WFH / No Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 9+ years of relevant experience to lead quality initiatives for cutting-edge AI-driven products. If you're passionate about automation, modern testing practices, and AI technologies, this role is for you.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end QA strategy for AI-based products
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks
- Hands-on involvement in automation using Selenium / Playwright / Webdriver.io
- Understand and validate product architecture, including frontend and API aggregation
- Drive API testing, integration testing, and regression automation
- Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of experience in Software Testing
- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing
- Expertise in Selenium with Java & JavaScript
- Experience with Playwright / Webdriver.io
- Solid experience in API testing and modern web technologies
- Proven experience testing AI products (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompting techniques, and AI tools such as Claude, Gemini
- Experience with JIRA or similar test management & bug tracking tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices
