We are growing the India practice to support complex enterprise engagements, and we are looking for QAs who want to work on meaningful problems and grow into leadership over time.

The Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber QA Lead to serve as the quality architect for a major, high-stakes digital transformation initiative: migrating a complex global financial services web presence from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Edge Delivery Services (EDS).

In this role, you aren't just managing tickets—you will define the end-to-end testing strategy, govern the automation architecture, mentor a growing team, and own release readiness decisions. You will be the definitive voice of quality in cross-functional conversations with global Engineering, BA, UX, and client stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Define QA Strategy & Governance: Author the master test plan and establish strict quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline. Identify testing risks early and drive shifting-left defect prevention.
• Architect AEM & EDS Testing: Oversee component-level testing for AEM authoring workflows, document-based content delivery via Edge Delivery Services, Core Web Vitals compliance, and Drupal-to-AEM data migration integrity.
• Drive Automation & Frameworks: Define the framework architecture and code quality standards for E2E and visual regression testing using Cypress or Playwright.
• Govern AI-Assisted QA: Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted testing tools. Define prompt libraries, self-healing automation patterns, and set the standard for auditing AI-generated test artifacts.
• Champion Accessibility & Performance: Establish WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA compliance and Core Web Vitals thresholds as strict release criteria, partnering with UX and Engineering during design phases.
• Build the India Practice: Create onboarding frameworks, mentor the local team on platform-specific testing, and support hiring and capability building as the India QA Center of Excellence grows.

What we'd like to see:

• Enterprise Experience: 8 years – 10 years of QA experience, with a proven track record of leading QA on complex enterprise CMS migrations (AEM experience is highly preferred).
• Modern Tech Stack: Deep familiarity with modern automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright), CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and API/GraphQL testing.
• AEM Architecture: Familiarity with Edge Delivery Services or document-based AEM delivery patterns (Helix/Franklin architecture) is a massive plus.
• Niche Testing Mastery: Strong command of accessibility auditing (WCAG 2.1/2.2, Axe, WAVE) and performance testing (Lighthouse, Web Page Test).
• AI Tooling Savvy: Practical experience applying AI tools to test generation and defect triage, with the engineering judgment to challenge flawed AI outputs.
• Certification: ISTQB CTFL is required (Advanced level certifications are preferred).
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Ability to confidently present release readiness recommendations to both technical leads and client leadership.
