Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead QA Engineer ETL & Data Warehouse Testing with strong
expertise in Azure-based data platforms. The role involves leading QA initiatives for complex
data pipelines and ensuring high-quality data delivery for analytics and reporting solutions.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
o Lead QA strategy for ETL and Data Warehouse testing on Azure
o Design and execute test cases for data ingestion, transformation, and storage
o Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
o Validate data accuracy and reconciliation using advanced SQL queries
o Implement automated data testing using Python and PySpark
o Perform hands-on testing for pipelines built on Azure Databricks
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and product owners
o Manage defects, test execution, and reporting activities
o Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation
o Provide mentoring and technical guidance to QA team members
Must Have:
o ETL & Data Warehouse Testing.
o Functional Testing.
o Azure Databricks.
o SQL.
o Python + PySpark Advanced.
o 812 years of experience in QA/Data Testing.
o Minimum 3 years in a Lead QA role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
combination of education and experience
