Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in construction management or a related field (e.g., engineering).
- PMP trained or equivalent certification preferred; strong understanding of project planning principles and methodologies.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion; ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
