Hiring: Lead/Manager - Project Management | Chennai
Our client is looking for a Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to drive hardware product development / R&D projects from concept to deployment.
Key requirements:
- Experience in project/program management for hardware product development.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, business, procurement, and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, risk identification, and mitigation
- Ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals
- Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, ClickUp, or similar
- Preferred background in robotics or related deep-tech/industrial product environments.
