Lead Project Engr

Key Deliverables:

• Lead cross-functional, global program teams to deliver product/service development within budget and schedule.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of product development, including NPI, certification, and factory readiness.
• Set up and manage supply chains and vendor coordination for program needs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across Sales, Ops, and Engineering.

Role Responsibilities:

• Apply full lifecycle program management for multidisciplinary global initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and risk using Microsoft Project.
• Train internal teams and ensure product introduction readiness.
• Build trust and resolve conflicts through effective negotiation and escalation.
