The Lead -
Proj Mgt Specialist SIOP is a hands-on position responsible for implementing HTCS Labor SIOP process, consistent delivery on defined KPIs, builds a strong delivery framework for business leadership and stakeholders, provides subject matter expertise, drives exceptional stakeholder management, builds an effective liaison between SIOP Team, Operations, Business, and Talent for effective implementation of the HTCS Labor SIOP construct.
This role requires demonstration of a strong ability to seamlessly integrate business and functions to enable execution excellence and planning fidelity. He/She will work closely with the HTCS Sr. Director to drive SIOP & Workforce planning process for HTCS Global locations
This role involves evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for the HTCS Global SIOP Process. Perform analytics around demand, whether in line with the MRR actions (for example differentiated skills), STRAP initiatives, AOP flow. Establish supply plans from all sources (Staffing, outsourced partners, ISC and Operations). This role requires a good understanding of planning, staffing, financial, and analytics functions.

Expectation Summary
- Strategize, Formulate, and Execute Workforce Planning / SIOP Strategy; Own HTCS Labor SIOP (Selected portfolios) governance and forecasting of workforce demand & supply
- Enable HTCS to meet its financial goals and meet OEF commitments in line with HTCS AOP guidelines
- Determine proactively talent management interventions to ensure that the organisation has the right People with the right Skill at the right Time at the right Place
- Enabler of Talent Strategies alignment to Business Strategies. (TRR)
- Optimize data driven talent decisions to manage demand and supply of talent.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Need 12 plus years exp candidate with RM (Resource management, Work force Planning expertise), held mid senior/leadership roles, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, preference from FP&A background in GCCs. Technology exposure would be a great value add.
- Collaborate and manage governance / MOS with all key stakeholders – Business engineering teams, TA, HR, Finance, Engineering and Operations to establish Supply Plans
- Staffing Capacity Planning and forecasting to enable appropriate Supply Planning Strategy for RPO, Requisition management
- Integration with global SIOP practices & Tools (Work force panning Tool customized to HTS needs)
- Build team to self-sustain and grow
