Role/Job Title: Lead-Product Owner

Function/ Department: Transaction Banking Group

Job Purpose

To develop, structure and customize cash management products/ services (Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels) and to provide best in class solutions to clients. Develop new products according to changing customer needs & conduct research on new product development & market situation on a continuous basis.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Defining the vision - Research Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects.
  • Manage product backlog - Define, detail, and prioritize the product backlog across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view on value being delivered periodically.
  • Ideate, innovate, and implement new products as relevant in eco system with twin benefit to Bank and customer.
  • Optimize the customer engagement funnels.
  • Implementation of Business funnels.
  • Enabling Fin-techs & partnerships integrations
  • Product/Feature backlog mgmt.
  • Delivery prioritization.
  • Squad level cost & Efficiency mgmt.
  • Productivity & capacity mgmt.
  • UI/UX & accessibility.
  • Bugs backlog management.
  • Delivery & internal impediments.
  • Campaign enablement.
  • Customer communication Enablement.
  • Create value of end user.
  • Backlog prioritization.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation: Any Graduate

Post Graduation: Any post-graduate

Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree

Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience in product management role
